Our main activity is the production of metal furniture, melamine wood working furniture and upholstered furniture.

We own two production plants, one being located in Timisoara ( for the woodworking activity ) and the second being located in Ortisoara, 9 km from the highway A1 to Nadlac II ( the plant for metal furniture ).

 

Due to our complete line of machinery, we are able to produce furniture in medium to big quantities, such as: metal beds, metal frames for beds ( with wooden slats or full metal ), metal chairs, upholstery for all kinds of chairs, metal furniture combined with melamine furniture for the office, also the complete range of melamine furniture ( beds, cabinets, wardrobes, desks, etc ).

You can find on this site a brief video taken in 2016 by the International – National Television of Romania ( TVR International ) to introduce our factory.

  • CNC welding robot with 3 spots;
  • CNC bending machine;
  • Powder coating line;
  • Automatic press 40tf with CNC;
  • Semi-automatic bending machine;
  • Manual presses 6,3 tf, 25 tf
  • Manual metal sheet cutter
  • Other tools and test equipment for metal work.

  • In 2022 we plan to invest into a laser cutting machine, a new CNC welding robot and a new CNC bending machine

    Melamine woodworking furniture

    • CNC Biesse Selco Sektor beam saw for 3 pannels;
    • CNC machining centre Biesse Rover K;
    • CNC edgebanding machine – Lohmeyer – for straight line;
    • CNC edgebanding machine – VITAP – for curved line;
    • Other tools specific for melamine wood working.

    In our upholstery workshop we prepare the upholstery for chairs and bed boards.

     

    We have qualified and stable staff, with experience in the production of furniture.

     

    We are at your disposal for requests for collaborations on the part of mass production of furniture.
